Digital Mapping Consultants is operated by Devin Clark, MS — a geospatial professional with a graduate degree in Geography specializing in GIS and Remote Sensing, a graduate certificate in Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning, and four years of field and data experience at MassGIS. In practice since 2018, serving clients throughout the northeastern US.
